PRESIDENT’S COMMENTS: Thank you for the opportunity to serve as President of the Glenns Ferry Chamber of Commerce these past two years. I am so very appreciative of those who by example have provided continual loyalty and support during my tenure. Above all, I appreciate that you entrusted me with a difficult job and believed in me and encouraged me when times got tough and there was conflict. I learned to resist complacency which strengthened my resolve to be fully involved and to see the various projects through. I have the utmost confidence in the future success of the Chamber because I know the amazing integrity and character of our members and newly elected officers and directors. It is involved caring people like those of the Glenns Ferry Chamber of Commerce who will achieve the best for our community; remaining resilient and hopeful with unshakeable determination to see that our beautiful and unique town of Glenns Ferry gets noticed and appreciated. It’s vitally important to support and patronize local businesses to ensure their continued prosperity and to actively promote and encourage new business to our town. Glenns Ferry has so much to offer and I’m confident in our ability to attract tourists, new residents, new business and promote the existing local talent and resources.
